About the Role:
As a Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the venue, leading by example and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You'll support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the bar, bistro, gaming and events, while mentoring and motivating the wider team.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading shifts across all departments including bar, gaming, TAB and dining

Ensuring high standards of customer service and presentation

Supporting staff training and development

Handling conflict resolution and ensuring compliance with RSA and RCG standards

Cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a duty manager or supervisory role in a pub, club or hospitality venue

Valid NSW RSA & RCG certificates

Strong leadership and communication skills

A hands-on attitude and the ability to think on your feet

Experience with gaming, TAB and Keno is a big plus

Offer:

$75k + S

ASAP Start

Short term accomm available (1-2 weeks max) until you find our own if relocating
