Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee nightly pub operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth service delivery.
• Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
• Manage cash handling and POS systems.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety regulations.
• Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in a pub or hospitality management role is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and problem-solve efficiently.
• RSA & RCG certification is a must.
• Experince with cash up, reporting and closing venue
• Knowledge of stock management, financial systems, and licensing laws.
