The Don Hodge Group is looking for up and coming hospitality managers looking to kick start their hotel management journey. We are planning for the future and will have spots available across all three of our Newcastle venues.
We are a growing Pub Group which currently counts 7 venues across Sydney, Newcastle and regional NSW with a 8th on the way, our first greenfield site in the southwest Sydney suburb of Chipping Norton.
We are recruiting for a Junior Venue Managers of all experience levels - Supervisors & Duty Managers. Candidates who can work alongside Assistant Manager and Licensee to manage the day to day operations of the food, beverage and gaming departments.
Our ideal has experience in:
TAB, Gaming, Food & Beverage operations - Pub style
Staff management
Customer relations
Opening & closing procedures
Staff training
Upholding policy & procedures
Compliance
