Your Role:

As an experienced Duty Manager, you will ensure the smooth daily operations of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

Assist in Daily Operations: Support the day-to-day running of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Customer Service: Ensure the highest level of customer experience is delivered consistently.

Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train our staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Stock Control: Manage stock control, ensuring inventory is well-maintained and efficiently used.

Opening and Closing Procedures: Oversee opening and closing procedures, balancing the safe, cash floats and tills at the end of the shift and daily reconciliations.

Create a Great Atmosphere: Maintain a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.

Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislation and hotel policies including responsible service of alcohol and responsible conduct of gaming.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in the hospitality industry in a supervisory or management role.

Demonstrate 'hands-on' leadership with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent communication skills, both with staff and customers.

A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A vibrant and outgoing personality that can engage with guests and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Willingness to work a mix of days, nights, and weekends to meet the needs of the business (we are willing to work with the right candidate with this).
