About the role
The role will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling of our Home & Community Care services across the East region. This role requires a strategic and commercial mindset, looking at routine efficiencies, kilometres travelled, outsourcing levels, while balancing the needs of our customers cultural and lifestyle preferences.
We currently have two positions available working on a rotating roster between 6.30AM and 5PM, Monday to Friday:
- x1 Full-time Permanent position
- x1 Full-time Contract till 1st March 2026
‘A week in the life’
- Assist in scheduling client visits to staff with the appropriate skills in the appropriate areas, minimising staff travel and non-direct tasks
- Respond to phone calls and messages and make any required changes to client schedule delivery as requested
- Ensure accurate documentation within software platforms (AlayaCare and Humanforce)
- Works with Site Managers, and the Manager Scheduling to ensure resources meet client demand
- Liaise with staff and clients with regards to schedule changes

What do we need from you?
- Previous experience in a scheduling environment or solid experience in administration would be highly regarded
- Excellent computer skills with demonstrated experience in MS Office, client management systems and rostering systems – AlayaCare, Humanforce
- Experience in managing customer enquiries at different levels with demonstrated commitment in providing high quality customer service
- Proven ability to contribute to and, work as part of a dynamic team in addition to operating independently.
- Excellent communication written and verbal skills.
