We are seeking a full-time, mature minded person who is well presented, self motivated and possesses the ability to make each client feel that they are the most important client of the firm. You will be responsible for all aspects of managing reception from greeting clients, processing daily mail, arranging appointments and providing admin support as directed. You will have a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office & Xero, excellent communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills and a current driver’s licence with own transport. Industry experience will be highly regarded but not essential as full training will be provided the successful applicant. Salary negotiable.
