About the Role
We’re looking for an adaptable, detail-oriented Personal Concierge & Admin Professional to join our vibrant team. This unique role combines client-facing concierge work with office-based admin duties.
Our ideal candidate is a natural organiser with excellent people skills, strong admin experience, and — ideally — personal care qualifications or experience, as we proudly support an aged care client base as well.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Concierge Duties:
Assist clients with day-to-day tasks such as shopping, running errands, appointment bookings, and travel arrangements
Coordinate home services, tradespeople, and deliveries
Provide light household organisation or oversight as needed
Offer companionship and lifestyle support, particularly for senior clients
Support clients with transport to appointments or outings (where applicable)
Administrative Duties:
Perform general office admin: scheduling, emails, client file management, and data entry
Assist with rostering and service coordination via our systems and apps
Handle client inquiries professionally, both over the phone and in person
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ A proactive, flexible, and reliable self-starter
✅ Proven admin experience (essential)
✅ Exceptional communication and organisation skills
✅ Confident using MS Office, email, and smartphone apps
✅ Full Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle (must-have)
✅ Personal care qualifications (e.g. Aged Care or Individual Support Cert III) and experience are highly regarded
✅ Current Police Check or NDIS Check (or willingness to obtain)
✅ COVID-19 vaccination as required for client visits
✅ First Aid and CPR (desirable)
