This role as a receptionist admin all rounder is suited to individuals that are ready to learn new skills, enjoy working with a small dedicated team and pride themselves on helping customers. Thomas Fabrication are looking for the following skills:

· Competent with Microsoft office suite, emailing and file sharing applications

· Great communication skills, taking phone calls and front desk customer service

· Experience with MYOB or similar accounting software

· Working with enterprise software such as SimPro or similar

· Invoicing & data entry for job card creation, advising clients of completed jobs printing off delivery dockets, and assisting with scheduling of deliveries

· Raising purchase orders from quotations, understanding of bill of materials (BoM) with ability to order steel for job orders

· Understanding of fabrication QA, weld testing, ITP & material testing certification documentation preferable

· Stock management, maintain office and staff supplies

· Supporting the sales, estimating and production staff to achieve daily tasks

· Exceptional people skills, focus on customer service and maintaining respect in the workplace

· Positive can-do attitude!
