We’re on the lookout for a positive, professional and people-focused Receptionist / Administration Assistant to be the friendly face and voice of our organisation. Based at our Collier Road office, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, callers, clients and staff. It’s a vital, varied, and valued role - no two days are ever quite the same!
What you’ll be doing:
Greeting visitors and callers with warmth and professionalism
Managing reception, incoming emails and phone enquiries
Helping our teams with admin tasks that keep things running smoothly
Organising mail, couriers, name badges, office supplies—and the odd urgent cup of tea
Supporting our Active Ageing and Finance teams with basic admin
Keeping our spaces tidy, our welcome warm, and our coffee stocked
What you’ll bring:
A love of people and a knack for making others feel comfortable
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear, friendly communication—on the phone, in person and over email
Experience in a reception or admin role (even better if it’s been busy!)
Confidence with computers and office systems
A professional presentation, and a positive, can-do attitude
NDIS Worker Screening Check and a WA Driver’s Licence
