Launchpad Early Learning Centre Greensborough is looking for Room Leaders and Assistant Educators to join our our wonderful team in our new centre as our occupancy is growing!

We are a proud Child Safe Organisation that embraces the Child Safe Standards and has strong policies and procedures in place for the health, safety and wellbeing of our whole Launchpad community- our little ones, our staff and our families and visitors.

Our beautiful centre has extensive resources and child centric and engaging indoor and outdoor spaces, including our own dedicated onsite Bush Kinder; we aim to set our Educators and our littlies up for success!

We would love to welcome warm, experienced and dedicated Educators with great communication and interpersonal skills to be Room Leaders and Room Assistants.

Previous experience as a Room Leader for the Room Leader role is essential. Our Room Leaders need to be confident to lead their team, implement and document an engaging and diverse indoor/outdoor program, nurture warm relationships with our current and new children and families and model best practise.

We need passionate Assistant Educators who can build wonderful relationships with our children and our families and help run welcoming, engaging and dynamic rooms and programs. Being opposite our local primary school and our local shopping plaza, we have ample exciting opportunities for community engagement and connections through our Out and About programs.

We have a dedicated off the floor Educational Leader who is highly skilled and knowledgeable and is integral to driving our curriculum and excellent outcomes for our children and an off the floor WHS Officer to guide and support with all things safety and wellbeing.

We run extra curricular programs including Music, Dance, Sport, Art and STEM.

ABOUT YOU:

You're an experienced Room Leader or a passionate Assistant Educator and have the ability to implement a dynamic indoor/outdoor Education program.

You embrace and implement the Child Safe Standards in all that you do.

You are passionate about the Early Years and are able to create strong and nurturing relationships with children and their families.

You have excellent verbal and written communication and actively seek and provide feedback.

You have strong knowledge of the EYLF, the cycle of programming and reflection and writing Observations and Learning Stories.

You can create and implement effective classroom routines, smooth transition times and maintain a presentable and inclusive classroom.

You enjoy contributing ideas to the program, the QIP and other initiatives such as our RAP and Sustainability.

You enjoy helping children partake in their wider community and make meaningful connections.

You can confidently guide and mentor and lead in a way that means everyone can reach their potential.
