We are seeking an experienced ROOM LEADER - DIPLOMA QUALIFIED EDUCATOR to join our team of professional, dedicated and friendly team. We are seeking an experienced room leader with experience and skills to mentor and lead a team.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience working in childcare and also need the following:

Diploma in Early Learning / Childcare

Service and Room leadership skills

Working With Children Check Card

First Aid & Anaphylaxis Certificate

Good Communication Skills and Leadership Skills

Experience in nursery and toddler age group is ideal. Also being flexible to care and educate all age of children is essential.

We offer the following:

Permanent Part-time role (5 day a week: 37.5 hours).

Rewarding & Above Award Remuneration. Service has applied for ECEC Retention Payment - expected 10-15% increase in 2025.

Transition Payment / Sign-on payment of $1500 (conditions apply)
