Inspira Kids is expanding its team and is seeking passionate and friendly Room Leaders, Educators, and Senior Educators to join the Archer Street Centre in Shepparton on a Part-time or Casual basis.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead or assist in creating innovative educational programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework

Supporting children’s social, emotional, physical and educational needs within a group and as individuals

Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, parents and team members

Assisting children with their daily routines and supporting them in their learning

Observing children daily and using those observations to ensure the needs, strengths and interests of children are met

Attending staff meetings and any professional training sessions, as required

About You

Hold a Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA-approved equivalent

Experience working in a leadership role in early childhood education, ideally as a Room Leader or Senior Educator

A current First Aid Certificate (including CPR & Asthma Anaphylaxis Training)

Current Working with Children's Check

Passionate about creating a calm and positive learning environment for our children
