About the Role

This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction in warehouse environment and through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching of inventory and ensuring that all processed picking slips are processed with a high level of accuracy to invoices and/or delivery notes status.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of:

• receipting and delivery of stock throughout Australia and New Zealand Branches,
• monitoring inventory levels, initiate restocking as needed,
• solving problems associated with inventory discrepancies, validating and processing stock adjustments, inventory write-offs, quarantined items,
• issue of the necessary notification to parties of pending credits/returns/non-conformances,

• National Warehouse;
• timely and accurate processing of Branches' orders;
• receipting and delivery of stock throughout Australia and New Zealand;
• inventory stock control including:
• other departments in a collaborative, and cooperative manner to ensure timely and accurate orders’ fulfilment,
• implementing and maintaining effective stock control systems, reporting, and warehouse-related data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (ERP System); and
• and compliance with all relevant health, safety, quality and environmental standards and regulations.

About You

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative, trustworthy and passionate individual that is willing to learn and have:

• demonstrated organisation and planning skills,
• ability to understand, follow and implement procedures,
• experience in Warehouse Management will be highly regarded, and
• forklift ticket or ability to obtain within 2 weeks on engagement
