Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse Operations Supervisor to support the efficient and compliant execution of our warehouse operations. This role will focus on standard implementation, process optimization, cross-departmental collaboration, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsibilities:

Execute and maintain warehouse operating procedures, quality standards, and work instructions to improve operational capability and service consistency.

Promote lean warehousing initiatives to streamline processes, control labor input, and enhance efficiency while reducing operational costs.

Identify and respond to customer service needs throughout the warehouse lifecycle, continually improving quality to boost customer satisfaction.

Support acquisition, assessment, and management of last-mile logistics resources, identifying operational challenges and promoting process standardization.

Coordinate effectively with internal and external teams (including warehousing, courier, air and sea freight) to ensure end-to-end operational synergy.

Regularly review project delivery performance and summarize lessons learned to guide future improvements and replicable practices.

Understand supply chain and route planning logic, integrating resources to ensure project execution and closure.

Requirements

Strong bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) with the ability to collaborate across cultural and regional contexts; willingness to support overseas operations, especially in Australia.

Experience in warehouse or logistics operations with proven ability in cross-functional coordination, resource planning, and schedule control.

Demonstrated involvement in key projects—either as a lead or significant contributor—related to logistics, warehousing, or process improvement.

Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain operations and logistics routing.

Proactive, execution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and continuous improvement capabilities.
