As our Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our warehouse while being hands-on in picking, packing, and fulfilling both B2C and B2B orders. You’ll be responsible for managing full-time and casual warehouse staff, ensuring the team runs efficiently and safely while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and service.
This role is key to ensuring smooth order fulfilment, maintaining optimal stock control, and supporting broader business goals through operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations
Oversee all warehouse functions including picking, packing, dispatching, receiving, and inventory
Ensure B2C and B2B orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched on time
Receive inbound deliveries and organise stock appropriately
Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently (valid forklift license required)
Team Leadership
Lead, support, and train a small team of warehouse staff
Create staff rosters, assign daily tasks, and ensure team productivity
Foster a positive and accountable work environment
Inventory Management
Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Implement best practices for warehouse organisation and stock rotation
Use WMS tools and platforms such as ShipStation and Shopify
Logistics & Coordination
Liaise with couriers and freight partners to manage both inbound and outbound deliveries
Troubleshoot delivery issues and ensure timely resolutions
Collaborate with internal teams including customer care and operations
Safety & Process Improvement
Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment
Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness
Participate in and lead warehouse optimisation projects

Orders are fulfilled with 100% accuracy and on time
Inventory is well-organised, up to date, and easy to manage
Staff are motivated, well-coordinated, and supported
The warehouse operates efficiently, safely, and with continuous improvement in mind
About You
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse, logistics, or operations role
Hold a valid forklift license
Have experience with WMS and e-commerce platforms (e.g., ShipStation, Shopify)
Are highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Lead by example and enjoy being hands-on with the team
Can effectively prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Have a natural problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
