HCG have an exciting career opportunity for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team in Maryville. This is a full-time, office based position, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.

About the role:

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a welcoming and efficient front desk environment. You will handle a high volume of calls directly from NDIS Participants, Stakeholders, and the HCG workforce, practising efficient multitasking and excellent communication skills.

Duties will include:

Manage all incoming calls, transfer accordingly, and take accurate messages

Greet and assist clients, visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner

Coordination of general office maintenance/duties

Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation

Provide additional support to the Roster Coordinator, HR and Management

Assistance with set-up and coordination of community events, awareness days, and office lunches

General administrative duties and other tasks as required.

Ad hoc duties as required.

The successful candidate will have:

Experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in using office equipment, such as phones, computers, and printers

Experience using Windows and Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)

Ability to maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Friendly demeanour, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service

Experience in the NDIS or as a Support Worker will be highly regarded.

Essential Criteria:

Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)

NSW Drivers Licence
