Our client is looking for a Receptionist & Administration Officer to join there team in a well established Real Estate Agency across the lower North Shore.

This role goes beyond just managing the front desk, they are looking for someone who will represent the business as its first point of contact, delivering outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key responsibilities include greeting clients, handling incoming phone calls, and providing administrative support to both the sales and property management teams. This role offers a great opportunity to gain firsthand insight into the day-to-day operations of the real estate industry, serving as a strong stepping stone for future career progression.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Handling incoming phone calls

Sorting and distributing mail

Ensuring the office remains clean, organized, and well-stocked

Providing general administrative support as needed

Ordering groceries and stationery for the office

Key Selection Criteria

Excellent customer service and communication abilities

Proficient in computer systems and office software

Positive, professional, and approachable demeanor

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
