This role ensures customer satisfaction and logistics support through system maintenance, monitoring and support across departmental tasks and functions within our Supply Chain team. This is a permanent part time role working 22.5 hours per week, with potential to become fulltime.
What you’ll do:
- Administration duties including but not limited to, email queries, job orders and order queries.
- Provide high quality customer service to all internal and external customers
- Assist in processing customer orders and working closely with remote teams, and the warehouse to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders
- Promote and deliver a positive solutions-based approach for the Supply Chain department.
- Proactive communication on supply chain changes that affect customers such as, stock outs, low stocks, supply issues, and other supply chain related impacts.
- Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders in relation to projects for both rollout and business as usual transitions.
- Product knowledge and keeping up to date with current products and ranges, specifically in relation to products that require assembly and production adjustments prior to fulfilment.
- Coordinate outgoing shipments and customer returns.
- Work with the Logistics and Inventory & Planning teams to ensure efficient and effective movement of goods in support of project / trial activities.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with experience in transport / supply chain / warehouse / logistics environments
- Previous experience in project administration and coordination
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate level experience with MS Office suite applications
