As a Field Service Officer in the Northern Suburbs Region, you will play a key role in ensuring workplaces across Western Australia are safe and prepared for emergencies. From servicing first aid kits to checking defibrillators and emergency oxygen equipment, you will be hands-on in supporting businesses and individuals to meet first aid compliance standards. This is an opportunity to make a real difference by ensuring that the tools needed to save lives are always ready.
Reporting into the Field Service Team Leader, this is a Permanent Full Time Position where you will be travelling every day throughout the metropolitan region supporting clients and making a real difference in your community.
What you’ll do:
- Service First Aid Kits, Rooms and equipment for clients to fulfil their requirements and meet department sales KPI’s
- Ensure schedules of field sales and servicing requirements for St John Clients are carried out in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct on-site risk assessments along with Client site requirements and submit relative paperwork for compliance with First Aid Code of Practice
- Meet weekly, monthly and annual targets for revenue, lead generation and clients serviced to ensure departments KPI’s are achieved
- Actively source new business leads and sales to increase sales revenue and clients serviced
- Actively promote and sell all St John WA products and services to customers and the public to meet all relevant sales targets and KPI’s
- Maintain service vehicle to ensure it is always clean and tidy and serviceable
What you’ll need:
- Strong time management skills
- Current Unrestricted ‘C’ Class Driver’s License
- Experience in CRM’s (Desirable)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously
