What You'll Do
Provide person-centred support at home and in the community
Support skill-building and daily living activities (e.g. cooking, cleaning)
Administer medication, follow support plans
Complete documentation (e.g. incident reports, handovers)
Assist with personal care (showering, toileting, feeding)
Encourage community involvement and cultural activities
Experience with diabetes management or PEG feeding is a bonus
What You Bring
Flexibility to work varied shifts (incl. evenings, weekends, sleepovers)
Strong communication with verbal and non-verbal clients
Full, valid driver’s licence (essential)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
Current First Aid Certificate
Qualifications in Disability or Community Services (desirable)
