About the role
This role supports the Office of the CEO on a part time basis 2 days per week. Provide secretarial and administration support including inbox management, receiving and directing incoming telephone calls, preparing and formatting materials for Executive, Board and Committee meetings and events coordination. Along with this you’ll coordinate site visits, prepare expense reports and book and schedule travel requirements.
About you
You'll demonstrate strong attention to detail, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities. Calm under pressure and adaptable to change, you’ll be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
In addition, you will also possess:
- Qualification in Business Administration highly regarded but not required
- Prior experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe applications with the ability to present documentation in a professional manner
- Discretion and the ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality
- Ability to organise your time effectively and prioritise your workload
- Well-developed minute-taking and writing skills
- Drivers Licence
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
