Salesforce Consultant – Managed Services - AUS CITIZEN

$100,000 - $115,000 + super
We’re working with a global consulting partner who is looking for a mid-level Salesforce Consultant to join their newly formed Managed Services team.
In this role, you’ll work across a mix of clients, providing ongoing support, enhancements, and functional improvements across their Salesforce platforms. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, someone who’s not just ticking off support tickets, but actively helping customers get more out of their investment in Salesforce.
This is a hands-on functional role, so you’ll need to be confident with day-to-day Salesforce configuration, stakeholder engagement, and juggling priorities.
We require Australian Citizens for this role who can obtain a baseline clearance to work with government clients.
What you’ll be doing:
Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide day-to-day Salesforce support
Manage configuration tasks such as Flows, validation rules, page layouts, custom objects, and reports/dashboards
Handle user management (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities to improve user experience and platform performance
Help deliver small change and enhancement work as part of a managed services backlog
Collaborate with developers and technical leads when custom development or integrations are required
Build strong client relationships through regular check-ins and value-driven conversations
Keep documentation up to date and share knowledge across the team
What we’re looking for:
Around 2–4 years of Salesforce experience, ideally across multiple orgs or consulting environments
Strong functional skills with hands-on experience
Confident working across a few clients at once, with good time and stakeholder management
Excellent communication skills, you can explain things clearly to users, tech teams, and everyone in between
Salesforce Administrator certification is essential; additional certs are a bonus
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Gearset would be great but not a dealbreaker
