Your responsibilities
As Service Manager, you’ll ensure the Service Team performs to the highest standard and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include:
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Lead and manage overall Service Team performance
Meet and exceed KPIs and targets
Develop a deep understanding of our product offering and value proposition
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
Proactively identify and pursue new service opportunities and markets
Grow our existing customer base and increase customer spend
Collaborate with product teams to develop innovative solutions for clients
Be a brand ambassador and live our company values every day
You’ll report directly to the General Manager.
Your first three months
Get to know and build trust with your team
Meet your key customers and establish meaningful relationships
Learn our service processes and identify areas for improvement
Start meeting initial KPIs and contribute to team goals
Experience you’ll need
At least 1 year of experience in a Service Manager role (or similar), with proven success
Experience delivering services to Tier 1 businesses and government clients
Industry experience in security or technology (highly desirable)
Strong track record of meeting service targets
Proficiency with Simpro and a CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
