Senior Consultant and Manager- level Management Consultants (ex-Big 4) for Financial Services

Our client's program is scaling, and we're looking for someone with a Big 4 consulting background (e.g KPMG, EY, Accenture, PWC, Deloitte) who knows how to turn strategy into action. If you can manage projects, drive outcomes, and keep things moving this is a great opportunity.

• $130,000 to $150,000 plus superannuation (based on experience)
• Sydney office with 2 days p.w

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the execution of key initiatives
• Managing project plans, stakeholders, and day-to-day delivery across multiple workstreams
• Turning ideas and frameworks into real, operational outcomes
• Working closely with internal leadership and external partners to get things over the line

Who you are:

• 3-7 years of experience from a Big 4 consulting firm (or a top-tier delivery environment)
• Strong transformation experience, business analysis, change management and execution skills - you love making things happen
• Prior experience with in developing target operating models
• Familiarity with private wealth/ funds/ asset management/ trading or similar (helpful, not a must)
• Prior transformation experience within financial services
• Clear, confident communicator who knows how to manage expectations
