The Role

As our Large-Scale Commercial Account Manager, you’ll lead high-impact solar deals for councils, government agencies, and C&I clients across Australia selling 100kW to 750kW systems. From outreach to close, you’ll own the process and deliver energy solutions that save costs, reduce emissions, and future-proof operations.

This role is about more than just closing deals — it's about building trust, delivering impactful energy solutions, and helping large-scale organisations future-proof their operations.

You’ll be engaging warm and cold leads, qualifying high-value opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals that get results.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage leads and develop new C&I relationships (councils, government, and commercial/industrial clients)

Qualify, scope, and recommend tailored solar solutions that meet client energy and cost-saving goals

Collaborate with estimators and engineers to prepare and present compelling commercial solar proposals

Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to contract signing

Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing commercial clients to drive repeat business and referrals

Accurately update and manage CRM data to ensure pipeline visibility and performance tracking

Leverage networking, outreach, and market knowledge to identify new commercial opportunities

Stay ahead of industry trends and solar innovations to position RESINC as a trusted energy partner

Who You Are

Minimum 5 years’ experience in large-scale commercial solar sales (100kW–750kW)

Deep understanding of C&I projects, procurement pathways, and commercial energy needs

Confident interpreting energy bills and interval data to scope accurate solar solutions

Able to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and decision-makers

Proven track record of closing high-value deals, including cold outreach and inbound leads

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a relationship-first approach

Tech-savvy, CRM-proficient, and well-organised with pipeline discipline

Naturally self-motivated, target-driven, and excited by uncapped earnings and autonomy

Committed to staying ahead of market trends, policy changes, and evolving technologies
