We're searching for a Commercial Account Manager to take ownership of the small-scale sector (6.6kW–100kW) across Queensland. You’ll work with small businesses, schools, churches, and not-for-profits closing deals, delivering value, and changing how people power their future.

What You’ll Be Doing

Proactively connect with cold commercial leads and convert interest into action

Engage with small businesses and not-for-profits to offer tailored solar solutions

Analyse energy usage and interval data to demonstrate real savings

Build detailed, CEC-compliant quotes with accuracy and speed

Close deals that make a difference, for clients and your commission

Keep CRM systems sharp and pipeline flowing

We’re Looking For

5+ years' experience - small-scale commercial solar sales

Strong closer – you know how to build trust and win deals from cold leads

Technical knowledge – you understand how to quote and explain system value

Excellent communicator – clear, confident, and customer-first

Self-motivated – this is your business within the business

CEC Solar Designer Accreditation - highly regarded
