With 6+ hours of structured PD each week and deep team culture, you’ll be supported in leading a team to create freedom in clients’ lives.

✨ Your Leadership Pathway
This role is for a values-aligned clinician ready to lead through presence and action. You’ll uplift others through your clinical presence, values alignment, and emotional maturity - while upholding high standards, and role-modelling results.
You’ll coach others using our award-winning playbooks built on two decades of results and 450+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐reviews, lead team trainings, and hold the standard through accountability, energy, and care.

Phase One: See it (3 - 6 months)
· Master our systems and values
· Excel in clinician KPIs
· Master the Initial Consult Process
Phase Two: Build it (3–6 months)
· Contribute to system development
· Shadow Mastery Sessions and QA protocols
· Learn coaching rhythms (Start of Days (SODs), 1:1s, rhythms)
Phase Three: Lead it (Ongoing)
· Run Mastery Sessions and team training
· Lead SODs and 1:1s with our Practice Manager, take KPI ownership
· Coach team with values alignment
Progression based on consistency, energy, results & alignment - not time alone.
✨ Package & Commitment
Base Salary: $105,000 (incl. super) from Phase 2
Individual KPI Bonus: ~$18,000 from Phase 1
Team Bonus: ~$18,000 from Phase 3
Total Potential: ~$140,000+ based on results
Leadership Hours: 42 hrs/week - with upskilling completed outside paid time
