Oakdale Workers is committed to being recognised as the Family Club of Wollondilly, providing a welcoming and enjoyable environment for members and guests. We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Bar & Operations Manager to oversee daily operations while ensuring exceptional customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, leading a team, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. Your ability to engage with customers, uphold our club values, and drive a positive team culture will be key to your success.

Main Key Responsibilities:

Oversee club operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Lead, train, and support staff to maintain excellent service standards.

Manage bar operations, inventory control, and cost management.

Ensure compliance with RSA, RCG, TAB, and all licensing requirements.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.

Assist with rostering, workflow delegation, and daily reporting to Head Office.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience in a club environment.

Strong knowledge of gaming, food, and beverage operations.

Proven leadership and team development skills.

Current RSA, RCG, TAB accreditation, National Police Check, and Working With Children Check.

Experience with Bepoz and YourOrder (preferred).
