Position Summary:

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and proactive Front of House team member/manager to join our crew. You’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests as well as being part of the leadership team with us the franchisees. Helping with check-ins, making sure staff are across what they need to be for that day, enquiries, bookings, day-to-day admin and client relations. Experience and Skills:

- Previous customers service experience and team leadership

- Tech savvy and comfortable using booking systems

- Experience with sales, admin and CRM systems and tracking leads to convert potential clients into members and communication with clients to ensure maximum member retention

- Manage all aspects of gym operations, including staffing, rostering, and member services.

- Strong interpersonal skills for effectively interacting with members and the team

- Ability to multitask and attention to detail

- A team player with strong work ethic and passion for fitness and helping other

- CPR/First aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Negotiable contract dependent on applicants experience

- Must have your own transport, available to work early mornings and evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist members and new visitors as they enter the gym, creating a welcoming environment

- Manage member check-ins and gym access ensuring smooth operations

- Handle membership enquiries, registrations, renewals and cancellation

- Tracking leads to convert potential clients into members

- Promote gym services, events and membership packages to both trials and existing members

- Manage phone and email communications with members, providing information and answering queries

- Assist with general administrative tasks and scheduling

- Maintain an organized, professional and clean front desk and gym facilities

- Manage the team in daily operations and help with member engagement
