About the role

As the Front of House Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and dining areas. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.

Supervise, train, and mentor FOH staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.

Implement and champion continuous improvement initiatives across service and operations.

Ensure compliance with WH&S, RSA, and food safety regulations.

Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless service flow.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar front-of-house management role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Excellent customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances

Proficient in using relevant hospitality management software and technology

Sound understanding of hospitality operations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
