Role Requirements

  • Support Property Managers with admin, marketing, events and other tasks
  • Help ensure company policies are followed
  • Handle listing processes and marketing materials
  • Organise and maintain documents and records
  • Manage team calendars and appointments
  • Assist with branding and marketing efforts
  • Provide day-to-day support to the property management team
  • Take on other tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine interest in Real Estate
  • A current QLD Registration Certificate and valid driver’s licence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • Confident managing multiple deadlines with ease
