About the role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Receptionist / Administrative Officer to join the hardworking team at Munro Accounting & Tax in Eight Mile Plains, Queensland. In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and supporting the broader administrative functions of the business.
What you'll be doing
Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greeting and welcoming clients to the office, ensuring they feel valued and assisted
Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and word processing tasks
Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required
Managing and maintaining office supplies and resources
Assisting with the coordination of appointments and meetings
Carrying out other ad-hoc administrative duties as requested
What we're looking for
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
Excellent customer service orientation and a friendly, professional demeanour
Proven experience in an administrative or receptionist role, ideally within the accounting or financial services industry
Proficiency in using common office software and computer systems
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
A positive, proactive, and team-oriented approach to work
