Role Overview: We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all clients (new and existing) and will work closely with our Financial Adviser to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. This is a full-time role (40hrs/week), in office position.

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and results

Quick learner with exceptional organisational, prioritisation and multitasking abilities

High attention to detail

Excellent communication skills (written and oral)

Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel

Ability to work both independently and in a team

Committed and caring attitude focused on productivity, quality service, and team goals

Experience in a similar role (preferred, but not necessary if all other criteria are met)

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients and providing superior service

Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence

Managing Adviser diaries

Completing client research to support reviews and new client appointments

Accurately preparing client forms and implementing financial advice recommendations

Liaising with third parties (e.g., fund managers, insurance companies)

Assisting clients through the insurance claims process

Managing ongoing client enquiries and keeping clients updated on a regular basis

Maintaining compliant and up-to-date client records across multiple systems

Providing ongoing support to clients and the team as needed
