Our client is a true Australian success story starting with humble beginnings in QLD and now, in 2025, being a $700m ASX listed organisation with ambitious growth plan. To support continued growth, they have embarked on a positive restructure of their finance team which has created new job opportunities. One of these will be based in Altona providing support to a $150m division.

Reporting to the Divisional Financial Controller, you will provide support to a number of cost and profit centres through:

Production of month end reporting including cash flow forecast, balance sheet and P&L

Analysis of performance against budgetary objectives with initial commentary

Inventory reporting in terms of both holding and stock movements.

Provision of trend analysis on key inventory items and analysis of non-moving items

Supporting statutory reporting requirements

Assisting the external auditors during the annual audit process

We are looking for someone with ambition and drive to whom a move into an ASX environment would present an exciting opportunity to learn and develop. You are qualified (CPA/CA) with experience in a product driven environment where you have gained experience of reporting around inventory. This could be a manufacturing, FMCG or logistics. We will consider applicants who are likely to qualify in 2025. An earlier career in the accounting profession will also be highly regarded.
