Operating hours: 6:00am - 3:00pm, 7 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee front of house and back of house operations

Manage staff rostering and scheduling optimization

Handle ordering and inventory management

Implement and maintain quality control standards across all operations

Provide hands-on barista support and floor management as needed

Drive operational efficiency and process improvements

Work within budgetary requirements and financial parameters

Meet established KPIs to earn performance-based bonuses

Mentor, motivate, and develop team members

Problem-solve operational challenges in real-time

Essential Requirements:

Proven previous management experience in hospitality/cafe environment

Demonstrated front of house and back of house management expertise

Strong financial literacy and budget management skills

Exceptional people skills and leadership capabilities

Process-driven approach to operations management

Computer literacy with ability to adapt to various technology platforms

Barista skills and floor service experience

Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities

Deep understanding of hospitality operational challenges

Weekend availability required
