About the role
Snap Fitness is seeking an experienced and dynamic Club Manager to lead our fitness centre in Brisbane, QLD 4000. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving the growth and success of the business.
What you'll be doing
Manage all aspects of club operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the team, providing coaching and support as needed.
Ensure the club maintains high standards of cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Actively engage with members, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.

Someone with member centred mindset who is willing to go the extra mile for their members.
Someone who is willing to learn and implement goals, strategies and decisions to the benefit of the member and the club.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
Passion for health, fitness, and providing exceptional customer experiences.
Familiarity with local health and safety regulations, as well as industry best practices.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving operational efficiency.
