Irena Care is seeking a motivated and well-connected Regional Manager to spearhead our NDIS expansion across Dubbo, Broken Hill, Wilcannia, Bourke, Brewarrina, and the broader Far-West NSW.

This unique opportunity begins with a contractor role and the potential to transition into a permanent leadership position after 3 months, based on performance.

You’ll own all aspects of regional growth, participant intake, compliance, stakeholder engagement, and operational oversight—while earning strong bonuses and commission for your impact.

Your Core Responsibilities

Growth & Stakeholder Engagement

Drive participant referrals and expand Irena Care’s presence across Far-West NSW

Build and maintain partnerships with PHNs, hospitals, LACs, aged care, and community organisations

Represent Irena Care at expos, referral forums, and local sector events

Operations & Intake

Lead day-to-day regional operations, ensuring service quality and NDIS compliance

Oversee end-to-end participant intake, onboarding, and service agreements

Ensure all documentation, CRM updates, and compliance tasks meet NDIS standards

Team & Financial Management

Recruit and manage local staff and support workers as the region scales

Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and workforce planning

Ensure staffing levels align with participant demand and service capacity

About You

You’re a proactive leader with strong community networks and a passion for local impact.

You may come from:

NDIS, disability services, community health, aged care, or human services leadership

You Bring:

Experience managing teams, participants, and operations in a regional setting

Excellent stakeholder engagement and referral-building skills

Strong understanding of NDIS systems, compliance, and regional service delivery

Deep community connections across Dubbo, Broken Hill, or Far-West NSW

Valid Driver’s Licence + own vehicle (fuel card provided)

NDIS Worker Screening + Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
