Position Overview:

The Supply and Distribution Manager is responsible for managing the entire supply chain and distribution network. This includes sourcing, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and delivery operations to ensure products are available and delivered on time, in full and in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain and distribution strategies aligned with company goals.

Manage relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and distribution partners.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

Oversee warehousing operations, including storage, handling, and dispatching.

Ensure cost-effective, timely, and compliant transportation and distribution of goods.

Analyze supply and distribution data to identify efficiency improvements.

Collaborate with sales, production, and finance teams to forecast demand and plan supply.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Lead and develop a high-performing team in the supply and logistics departments.

Qualifications:

Relevant qualification will be preferred.

At least 1 years of experience in supply chain or distribution management.

Strong knowledge of logistics software, inventory systems, and ERP platforms.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and leadership skills.

Experience managing budgets, KPIs and cross-functional teams.

Strong communication and negotiation abilites.
