We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our client’s growing team!

This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations across logistics, warehousing, procurement planning, inventory control, freight management, and coordination with external 3PL partners. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in project management frameworks and systems implementation. A key focus will be ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant operations that support production performance and customer satisfaction, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities include:
• Lead and manage all supply chain functions, including warehousing, planning, and logistics
• Ensure warehousing operations support FMCG requirements with efficient layout resourcing and inventory handling aligned to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Drive Lean initiatives and continuous improvement programs to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve service levels
• Monitor and report on logistics, inventory, and cost performance through established KPI dashboards and variance analysis
• Provide advice and lead from within the site in the facilitation of key projects e.g. Implement and optimise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems to support inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
• Ensure staff are up to date with training, development plans and performance reviews

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in FMCG warehousing and/or supply chain management
• Proven experience managing inventory control or prior experience in inventory/material planning roles
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end logistics in a 24/7 manufacturing or distribution environment
• Experience with Warehouse Management System development or implementation projects
• Strong leadership capability with demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional supply chain teams
