BM Property Services Pty Ltd was established by a 16-year veteran of the cleaning industry, with the aim of introducing to the market a cleaning company that would bring a different and innovative approach to the industry. We have head hunted some of the best and most experienced senior managers and contract managers conveying the same philosophy of innovation, technology, sustainability, customer service and best practices. We are expanding our services into wholesale of consumable and we offer an all-inclusive supply and services of cleaning equipment and cleaning chemicals to provide our clients a complete cleaning services solutions.

We are currently expanding and is looking for an experience accountant to grow with us from Queensland to the Other States such as New South Wales and Victoria.

To be successful, you will need:

Have a minimum of 2 years work experience

Have the relevant qualification in logistics, supply chains, import and export fields

Experienced in working with students and people from a vast cultural back ground

Fluent in English and Sinhala

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Determining, implementing, and monitoring purchasing, storage, and distribution strategies, policies, and plans:

Formulating, executing, and overseeing procurement, warehousing, and logistics strategies, protocols, and frameworks.

Establishing, administering, and evaluating supply chain strategies, guidelines, and operational plans.

2. Preparing and implementing plans to maintain required stock levels at minimum cost:

Developing and executing strategies to sustain optimal inventory levels while minimizing expenses.

Crafting and enforcing plans to uphold necessary stock quantities at the lowest possible cost.

3. Negotiating contracts with suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements:

Securing agreements with vendors to align with quality, budgetary, and delivery expectations.

Bargaining with suppliers to fulfill standards for quality, pricing, and timely delivery.

4. Monitoring and reviewing storage and inventory systems to meet supply requirements and control stock levels:

Supervising and assessing warehousing and inventory management systems to ensure supply sufficiency and stock regulation.

Tracking and evaluating storage and stock control mechanisms to meet supply demands and maintain inventory levels.

5. Operating recording systems to track all movements of supplies and finished goods, and ensuring re-ordering and re-stocking at optimal times:

Managing tracking systems to document supply and product movements, ensuring timely reordering and restocking.

Utilizing monitoring systems to log all supply chain activities and coordinating reorders at the most efficient times.

6. Liaising with other departments and customers concerning requirements for outward goods and associated forwarding transportation:

Coordinating with internal teams and clients regarding outbound goods and related shipping logistics.

Communicating with other departments and customers to address needs for dispatched goods and forwarding arrangements.

7. Overseeing the recording of purchase, storage, and distribution transactions:

Supervising the documentation of procurement, warehousing, and distribution activities.

Managing the logging of purchasing, storage, and delivery records.

8. Directing staff activities and monitoring their performance:

Leading team operations and evaluating employee performance.

Guiding workforce tasks and tracking their productivity.

9. Provision of products and services to meet customer or client requirements:

Delivering products and services tailored to customer or client specifications.

Ensuring the supply of goods and services aligns with customer or client needs.
