ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in our operations. Based in Richlands. Reporting into the Regional Logistics and Warehouse Manager, you'll be instrumental in managing the flow of inventory from our warehouse to our clients.

Key Accountabilities

Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency — with customer satisfaction the primary goal — by supervising, organizing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals, as well as supporting the financial objectives of their respective warehouses

Oversee and manage logistics for transporting products to customers and company facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery of packages

Review and prepare workflows, staffing requirements, space allocations, equipment layouts, and action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service

Train and manage the warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals

SKILLS and EXPERIENCE

Suitable qualifications in Warehouse Operations such as LEAN

Certificate in logistics, warehousing or similar

demonstrated experience in managing teams

Computer literate including demonstrated Microsoft Excel skills

ability to work under tight deadlines and possess strong communication skills
