WE’RE HIRING: EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATION/ SALES SUPPORT CO-ORDINATOR
We are an established national advertising, marketing & printing company, continuously expanding and evolving.
We are looking for a confident, experienced Admin/Sales Support team member to join our fast-paced, friendly team.

About the Role:
✔ Support our amazing Sales Team and Director
✔ High volume email correspondence with clients & venues
✔ Contact our existing customers on the phone for their artwork approvals via email
✔ Organise our production. Prepare shipping labels and dispatch products
What You’ll Need:
✅ Proven admin/sales support experience
✅ Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel and Outlook experience
✅ Be able to connect with our existing clients and build rapport instantly over the telephone
✅ High attention to detail & ability to multitask
✅ Proactive, reliable, love working in a busy high-energy environment and a team player.
