About the role

As a Sales Administrator at Big A** Fans, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the overall success of the company. This full-time position is based in our Eagle Farm, Queensland office and will involve a range of administrative duties to ensure our sales processes run smoothly.

What you'll be doing

Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials, and processing orders

Answering inquiries from customers and potential clients, and directing them to the appropriate sales representatives

Maintaining accurate customer records and database management

Assisting with the preparation of sales quotes and or invoicing for outside staff

Coordinating with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure seamless customer experiences

Providing general office support as needed

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records

A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
