What You’ll Be Doing
As a key part of our sales team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly, providing accurate, up-to-date support, and ensuring our homes are matched with the right land blocks. You’ll help prepare sales packages, assess land sites, and work with internal teams to ensure pricing, designs, and council requirements are aligned.
Sales and Marketing Support
Assist with the creation and maintenance of brochures, specification documents, and marketing materials
Keep price lists, stock lists, and sales collateral up to date and readily available for the team and partners
Maintain and distribute house and land packages, ensuring accuracy for prospective buyers
Support the sales team by ensuring all documentation is current, aligned with estate guidelines, and clearly presented
Land Assessment and Siting Support
Assess land sites and determine which home designs are suitable based on block dimensions and developer or council requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to help site homes effectively and provide solutions when challenges arise
Prepare and review pricing to ensure packages are accurate and reflective of build costs, compliance, and inclusions
Contract and Administration Support
Assist with preparing and processing contracts and variations, ensuring documents are accurate and on schedule
Liaise with clients, finance teams, and legal representatives to follow up on outstanding items and contract progress
Maintain and update client files, documentation, and CRM records
Stakeholder and Process Coordination
Coordinate with developers, agents, and finance partners to stay on top of land registration, settlements, and other milestones
Follow up on key tasks and provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders
Support the sales manager and sales consultants with reporting, admin, and communications
What We’re Looking For
✔ 2+ years of experience in sales administration, ideally within real estate or construction
✔ A strong interest or background in housing design, building, or property
✔ A proactive mindset and genuine desire to find solutions and make things happen
✔ Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when it comes to pricing and documentation
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
✔ Confidence working in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment
