After hiring our first Marketing Manager 12 months ago, we’ve got an incredible problem - our product is in demand and our customers are calling and emailing us constantly… which is exactly where you come in.
We are looking for an inbound sales & customer service representative to assist our customers with their quotes and orders, and deliver an impeccable customer experience for everyone who comes in contact with our brand.
Now, let’s talk about you:
You need two things to do this job well - excellent proactive communication skills over the phone and email, and a commitment to being organised at work!
Your experience and approach:
1-2 years of phone-based sales experience, either outbound or inbound, ideally B2B. This could be in insurance, energy, solar, software, real estate or another industry, but a love of Architecture and beautiful spaces would certainly help. You are the sort of person who is energised by speaking with people.
Email or chat-based customer service experience. This is a role where you will need solid written communication skills to follow up with clients.
Experience with a CRM or client management software. We need someone who is diligent in taking notes and understands the importance of keeping proper records on each customer.
A positive and proactive attitude to work.
A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and (after training) operate autonomously.
