Working in our sales team

Working as part of our sales team you will be the first point of contact for our future customers. Assisting our customers in understanding our products and providing the right policy for them.

• You will work with our customers via telephone to position great products relevant to their needs
• You will be part of a fun, team-based call centre environment where you get the best of both worlds, enjoying time with your team in the office and time at home
• You will achieve your individual KPI’s and contribute to your teams’ targets
• You will work Monday to Friday on rotating shifts between our core hours 8am – 8pm

What you will bring to the team

We look for people who show empathy, compassion and can build great rapport with customers whilst delivering a positive customer experience. You don’t need to have experience in a similar role, we’ll help you succeed.

Our commitment to your development

During the first two weeks you will complete our role specific in-house training program to set you up for success in your role. This includes comprehensive product knowledge, as well as in-class and 1:1 training in sales.

Throughout your career with us we offer continuous support and training to help you develop and succeed in the role – from frequent catch ups with your manager, to weekly call reviews with your team and a dedicated coaching squad. There’s regular ‘up skill’ sessions with our L&D team too.

Reporting to the Digital Performance Manager, this role will directly contribute to the ongoing digital performance of our brands across, but not limited to, SEM, Paid Social and Performance Display.

The Digital Performance Specialist will contribute to the optimization of campaigns to deliver against key metrics including CPL/CPA targets, lead volumes, and achieving revenue and profit goals across the suite of platforms.

Working closely with the Digital Performance Manager, you will have the scope to continually test and learn new channels to diversify our channel mix, stay relevant, maximize our reach, whilst ensuring we are maximizing performance and driving incremental leads/profits. In addition, you will problem solve and drive market insights whilst being an integral part in our advanced experimentation strategies.

This is a great role for anyone who has managed performance-based campaigns and has a broad appreciation for digital marketing and emerging technologies whilst helping manage enterprise level budgets.
