We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our Solatube Home team. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service, closing sales, and making homes better, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for our customers, your role is critical in guiding them from initial enquiry to completed installation. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Answering inbound phone, email, and online enquiries

Understanding customer needs and recommending tailored daylighting and ventilation solutions

Preparing and following up on sales quotes

Coordinating bookings and scheduling installations with both customers and technicians

Managing showroom visits, processing payments, and maintaining customer satisfaction

Keeping detailed records and photos via our Field Service App

Supporting inventory control and ordering processes

Meeting KPIs and contributing to overall sales growth

What You Bring

Excellent communication and phone-based customer service skills

Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets

Strong attention to detail and time management

Competence using MS Office, email platforms, and web apps

Experience with CRMs (preferred, but not essential)

Confidence in basic maths and quote preparation

Experience in home improvement or building product sales (bonus)

A friendly, dependable, and professional attitude
