Job Description

This is a phone-based sales position within a high-performing team that serves as the first point of contact for new customers. The role is autonomous, yet being a team player is essential, as you will collaborate closely to prioritise workloads. While the role is target and sales-driven, its core focus is to nurture and guide prospective customers and their families to our suite of in-home care services.

You’ll bring empathy and a customer-centric approach, building trust with future customers and their families. By carefully presenting information, you’ll help them navigate the Aged Care journey with confidence.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing customer relationships to achieve outcomes, loyalty, and business results.
  • Identifying solutions for customers and negotiating effectively, using sales and marketing techniques.
  • Positively influencing and collaborating with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes and customer satisfaction.

What’s on offer

This is a new full-time, permanent position created due to business growth. While you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, attendance at our Bella Vista office is required on a regular basis, therefore you will need to be based in Sydney.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a Business-to-Consumer sales or customer service role via telephone (i.e., education, travel, professional services, healthcare, communications, etc).
  • Highly sales-oriented and results-driven with the ability to meet targets.
  • Strong communication skills, with the maturity and patience to work with vulnerable people over the phone.
  • Ability to convey complex information in an easy-to-understand way for customers and their families.
  • Excellent written skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Strong computer literacy and/or CRM management skills (Salesforce would be great, but not essential
  • A genuine passion for helping the elderly and their families
