No prior contact centre experience required! If you have 2+ years of customer service experience and great communication skills, we’ll teach you the rest.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll engage with customers via phone, email, and online chat to assist with travel insurance inquiries while also identifying sales opportunities.

Your role is about more than just answering questions - you’ll help customers understand their options, guide them through the process, and ensure they get the right cover for their needs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Customer Service – Providing expert guidance and support to travellers, ensuring they feel secure and confident in their insurance choices.

Sales – Proactively engaging customers to recommend suitable policies and achieve sales targets in a warm, solution-focused way.

Problem-Solving – Handling customer concerns, offering first-touch resolution, and escalating where needed.

Product Knowledge – Learning about our products inside-out and effectively explaining policy details to customers.

System Navigation – Managing and updating customer details.
