ENV Solutions is seeking a proactive and reliable Operations Support Officer to help keep our business operations running seamlessly. You’ll work closely with our Operations team to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a practical, hands-on role where your organisational skills and attention to detail will be valued. You’ll be the steady presence that helps things run smoothly, especially when things get busy.
Your responsibilities will include:
Answering phones professionally and receiving incoming asbestos samples
Processing and invoicing asbestos samples for laboratory analysis
Coordinating grocery orders, Friday team lunches, and meeting/event catering
Booking couriers and managing all incoming and outgoing mail
Monitoring the enquiries inbox and managing responses to new job enquiries
Ordering and maintaining stock of sample bottles, eskies, and general office supplies
Keeping the office and outdoor storage shed clean, tidy, and well-organised
Assisting with vehicle drop-offs and collections as needed
Supporting subcontractor onboarding and preparing documentation for tender submissions (e.g. entity details)
Providing general support to the operations team, including administrative tasks, logistics, and occasional errands
Offering day-to-day assistance to ensure the smooth running of the Ballina office and wider business operations
